Wonder is seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to partner directly with our Chief Financial Officer. The ideal candidate exercises exceptional discretion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing complex cross-functional workflows between internal executive leadership, board members, investors, and research analysts. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office, with flexibility based on role demands. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You’re welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
