Job summary

Wonder is seeking a high-velocity, detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Investor Relations Coordinator to partner directly with our CFO. In this hybrid role, you will manage the CFO’s calendar, coordinate investor meetings, and support finance operations across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-growing environments, strong discretion, and superb communication.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably CFOs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

In this hybrid role, you will serve as both the operational backbone for the CFO’s day-to-day schedule and a crucial execution partner for the broader finance organization.This role bridges executive support, finance operations, and investor communications. The ideal candidate exercises exceptional discretion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing complex cross-functional workflows between internal executive leadership, board members, investors, and research analysts.The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, exercises exceptional judgment and discretion, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings a high level of professionalism, curiosity, and operational excellence to everything they do.The Impact You Will MakeExecutive Partnership & Calendar ManagementPartner directly with the CFO to manage a high-volume, dynamic calendar, prioritizing competing demands and aligning schedules with business priorities.Track CFO deliverables, action items, and departmental deadlines, ensuring seamless cross-functional follow-through.Screen and prioritize incoming requests, triage communications, and act as a strategic gatekeeper to optimize the CFO's time.Investor Relations & Stakeholder CoordinationServe as the primary administrative point of contact for current and prospective investors, analysts, and board members.Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, analyst days, and shareholder events, managing end-to-end logistics and schedules.Maintain and update the IR CRM/database, tracking interactions, investor profiles, cap table updates, and meeting follow-ups.Assist in drafting, proofreading, and organizing investor communications, quarterly earnings decks, shareholder letters, and investor data rooms.Coordinate the preparation and distribution of board meeting materials, board decks, and post-meeting action items.Operational & Financial SupportPrepare, process, and reconcile complex expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders for the finance and IR functions.Maintain strict confidentiality surrounding non-public financial information, strategic plans, and sensitive investor relations communications.Drive operational improvements across administrative and IR workflows to enhance team efficiency.Coordinate travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and travel logistics for investor and executive meetings.What You Bring to the Table7-10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (preferably CFOs), preferably within fast-paced or high-growth environmentsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong judgment, discretion, and professionalism handling confidential and sensitive informationOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail when proofreading financial presentations, decks, and investor correspondence.Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughAdvanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, with experience operating within a highly collaborative Google-based work environmentExperience supporting executive leadership in finance, operations, technology, or high-growth startup environments is a plusExperience coordinating board meetings, investor communications, or executive-level presentationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Got These? That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.New York: $96,000-$135,500 per year.Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.BenefitsThe benefits applicable to this role include a competitive compensation package with equity and a 401(k).
