In this hybrid role, you will serve as both the operational backbone for the CFO’s day-to-day schedule and a crucial execution partner for the broader finance organization. This role bridges executive support, finance operations, and investor communications. The ideal candidate exercises exceptional discretion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing complex cross-functional workflows between internal executive leadership, board members, investors, and research analysts. Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office, with flexibility based on role demands. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome and encouraged to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
New York: $96,000-$135,500 per year.
