About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Digital Technology team: two Managing Directors and two Principals. You would be the team's only assistant, so you'll work fairly independently while partnering closely with our Technology and Technology Value Creation teams. This role suits someone who does well in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and wants to grow with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars for 2 MDs and 2 Principals, and set priorities across competing requests
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including portfolio company meetings, investor and client calls, and conferences
- Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, and adjust plans when things change
- Prepare and submit expense reports on time and accurately
- Act as the team's main point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and discreetly
- Work with the Technology and Technology Value Creation teams on scheduling, logistics, and shared projects
- Keep contact lists, files, and team documents organized and up to date
- Help prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and other activities
- Take on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a similar professional services setting
- Experience supporting several senior executives at once
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Proactive and resourceful; anticipates needs and works independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with expense platforms such as Concur is a plus
- Professional, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation
Base salary: $110,000–$130,000, based on experience
