Qualifications

  • Experience in private equity, investment management, financial services, or fast-paced professional environments
  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and high-volume scheduling
  • Experience coordinating extensive domestic and international travel and handling expense management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook

Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base salary DOE + discretionary bonus

Work Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for senior investment professionals and portfolio operations leaders
  • Coordinate high-volume internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions before issues arise
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute adjustments
  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure executives are fully prepared for meetings through coordination of agendas, materials, and logistics
  • Track follow-ups, action items, and key deadlines to support seamless execution
  • Coordinate interactions with investors, portfolio company executives, candidates, consultants, and external partners
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting-related activities involving executive-level talent searches for portfolio companies
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
  • Partner closely with the broader administrative team to maintain a collaborative and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, partners, or investment professionals
  • Prior experience within private equity, investment management, financial services, consulting, or other fast-paced professional environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing complex calendars and high-volume scheduling
  • Experience coordinating extensive travel and handling expense management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
