Panduit is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to partner with the CTO and senior leaders, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential projects. You will coordinate domestic and international travel, plan events, draft correspondence, and streamline administrative operations to maximize executive efficiency.

The Executive Assistant is a strategic partner to the CTO, SVP of Industrial Electrical Infrastructure, and SVP of Network Infrastructure and their teams, driving seamless operations across calendars, travel, communications, and high-priority initiatives. This role manages domestic and international travel, coordinates executive meetings and large-scale events, and ensures leaders are prepared for every engagement. Acting with exceptional judgment and discretion, the Executive Assistant handles confidential information, supports special projects, oversees policy and procedure management, and streamlines administrative operations to maximize executive efficiency and organizational impact.
