Salary/Hourly Rate
$25/hr - $30/hr Dependent on experience.
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their Executive Leadership team. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, from managing schedules and communications to coordinating internal and external meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a fast-paced marketing company and make a direct impact.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive scheduling and communication.
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and project deadlines across departments.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing workflows.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, is required.
