This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can step into a fast-moving environment with confidence. In addition to traditional executive support—including calendar management, travel, meetings, and reporting—you'll have the opportunity to support community engagement, philanthropy, events, and special projects.

We're looking for someone who is resourceful, adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable navigating changing priorities. If you're someone who can jump in, figure things out, and keep things moving without needing every detail mapped out, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Location: West Denver Metro
  • Schedule: Hybrid, with a meaningful in-office presence, particularly during training
  • Contract Length: Approximately 2 months, with potential for extension
  • Pay: 29–37/hour
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Primarily standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend commitments for community, fundraising, or organizational events
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling priorities, travel arrangements, registrations, and meeting logistics
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials
  • Track projects, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, and special projects
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, credit card reconciliations, and other administrative reporting
  • Support community partnerships, philanthropy, sponsorships, and engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate employee, donor, community, and organizational events
  • Assist with event logistics, registrations, vendors, supplies, and on-site coordination
  • Maintain records, shared files, reporting information, and administrative documentation
  • Partner across departments and provide additional administrative coverage as needed
  • Represent the organization professionally when interacting with employees, executives, community partners, donors, vendors, and other stakeholders
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience, ideally including 3+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Strong experience with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and project support
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while staying on top of deadlines and details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Resourceful, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Flexibility and comfort working in an environment where priorities can shift
  • Ability to start quickly
Even Better If You Have
  • Experience within a nonprofit, healthcare, human services, behavioral health, or similarly mission-driven organization
  • Event planning or coordination experience
  • Experience supporting philanthropy, fundraising, sponsorships, or community engagement
  • Experience working with boards, donors, community partners, or other external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with marketing or event management platforms
  • A recent or completed background check
A Great Fit For Someone Who…

You don't need a perfectly defined day to be successful. This role will have shifting priorities and a variety of responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in and figuring things out.

If you're the type of person who can say, “Things changed, so here's how I handled it,” and enjoys being a reliable partner to leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
