Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting to upper management.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Work independently with a team mindset.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office365 & Teams
  • Demonstrated planning, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Faithfully and fully conduct all duties described and responsibilities in representation of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO to ensure company goals are met.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, take and distribute notes.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as directed.
  • Provide various administrative support tasks.
  • Provide administrative support including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other logistics as directed.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information.
  • Assist with other construction administration initiatives as directed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention for detail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is passionate about supporting our executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO primarily to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that priorities are met and operations run smoothly.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, take notes and distribute notes to all meeting stakeholders.
