Be the right hand to leadership at a growing manufacturer:Timberline Barns is a rapidly expanding storage shed manufacturing company with an administrative office Knoxville, Tennessee, and multiple locations across surrounding states. We are driven to craft quality portable structures while upholding high standards of integrity.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Managing Partner and contribute directly to the operational success of our company.

About the Role

This is a trusted, hands-on position for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing priorities, and takes pride in keeping leadership organized and focused. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Partner, manage communications and scheduling, coordinate projects and events, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner
  • Manage the Managing Partner’s business email, calendar, schedule, and voicemail
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Draft letters, memos, invoices, reports, SOPs, and other business documents
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for leadership as needed
  • Act as project manager for internal initiatives and company-wide events
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, taking notes and recording minutes
  • Maintain records, order office supplies, and assist with basic bookkeeping
  • Liaise with departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for IT-related needs and updates
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Assist with additional corporate and personal duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience (required)
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a growing, medium-sized business (preferred)
  • Background in manufacturing, construction, or transportation industries (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Seven paid holidays per year
