Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team of five executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to organize and execute projects and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking progress and deliverables.
  • Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, attendees, catering, equipment, staffing.
  • Prepare, organize, and proofread presentations, reports, and complex documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Oversee purchasing, procurement activities, agreements, and office supply management.
  • Prepare executives for travel, public appearances, and speaking engagements by compiling materials.

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This position is responsible for supporting a team of five executives, including management of executive calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, and communication with internal and external contacts. The role will also support special projects, event coordination, and executive communications while leveraging advanced Microsoft Office skills in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a team of five executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organize and execute projects and initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking progress and deliverables
  • Support event planning and coordination, including logistics, attendee communications, catering, equipment, and staffing
  • Prepare, organize, and proofread presentations, reports, and complex business documents using Microsoft Office applications
  • Oversee administrative functions, including purchasing, procurement activities, agreements, and office supply management
  • Prepare executives for travel, public appearances, and speaking engagements by compiling relevant information and presentation materials
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • 2+ years of project or program management experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $36,000 and $52,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
