What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the executive's complex calendar and prioritize ever changing schedules and meetings
- Manage all travel arrangements and itinerary
- Assist with daily communications for executives including inbox and messages
- Document management to include proofreading and editing
- Compile and manage expense reporting and monthly reporting for accounting department
- Assist in the planning and execution of various company-wide events
- Collaborate with other executive staff team members and provide assistance to other team members as needed
Qualifications needed:
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive(s)
- Proficiency with heavy calendaring and travel management
- Strong desire and aptitude for learning with inquisitive mind
- Highly organized, detail oriented and effective communicator
- Strong proofreading and editing
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- A passion to serve and anticipate needs
Benefits Include:
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
