$120,000.00/yr - $127,000.00/yr

HAIL Partners is thrilled to partner with an esteemed, PE firm based in the heart of New York! This is a search for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support 4 high-profile executives in a deal team. This role is fast paced and will require adaptability and a quicker learner.

The Job:

  • Complex diary management for 4 dynamic executives.
  • Craft intricate travel plans spanning various modes of transport, navigating last minute and frequent changes.
  • Seamlessly navigate expense management using SAP and Concur.
  • Collaborate with fellow EAs to provide top-notch support across the board.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative EA environment.
  • 4+ years of Financial Services experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Ready to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Strong time management and prioritization, adept at handling conflicting priorities.
  • Possessing an unparalleled work ethic and a willingness to provide comprehensive support.

Salary/Perks include:
