Summary
Top tier private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple partners. Responsibilities include: heavy travel arrangements both domestic and international, complex calendar management, heavy phone coverage, heavy meeting coordination, gatekeeping, expenses, ad hoc projects as needed, and personal assistant support as needed including coordinating calendars with spouses.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a college degree plus at least 5 years of experience, must have supported senior level executives. Front office, financial services experience is required. Must have strong technical skills, be incredibly detail oriented, and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a team player who is successful in a fast-paced environment and manages pressure well.
