Compensation: 90,000-110,000

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to investment professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing overall efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key liaison, coordinating communications and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an active calendar, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Complete expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for schedules and information while maintaining professionalism.
  • Handle sensitive information and correspondence with strict confidentiality.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including video conferencing, catering, and preparation of materials.
  • Organize and execute executive-level events such as Board of Directors meetings and off-site events.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets as needed.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Familiarity with Concur and Salesforce systems.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong event planning and coordination experience.
