Job summary

The State Group’s Franklin, Tennessee headquarters seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite. You will manage calendars, organize Board materials, coordinate travel, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive executive or administrative support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and supporting senior-level executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience supporting multiple C-Suite leaders and preparing Board-level materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare and organize Board presentations, executive reports, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate executive travel, logistics, expenses, and related administrative activities.
  • Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on executive requests.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across the leadership team.
  • Maintain confidential business, financial, employee, and executive information with discretion.
  • Support office operations and special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Experience supporting multiple C-Suite leaders and preparing Board-level materials is preferred.
