Job summary

Process Technology is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO in a fast-paced environment. The role requires exceptional judgment, initiative, discretion, and top-notch organizational skills to keep executives and teams aligned.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle confidential information with integrity, prepare presentations and reports, and collaborate across all levels of the organization to drive priorities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Responds quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in written and verbal interactions.
  • Thinks critically, identifies solutions, and takes initiative.
  • Establishes trust and credibility across the organization.

The Opportunity

Process Technology is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant supporting the President & CEO to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, initiative, discretion, and organizational skills.

What You Will Do

Travel

We value in-person connections. This role is onsite in our Headquarters in Willoughby, OH. Occasional travel (under 10%) may be required.
