  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an entertainment assistant.
  • Agency/management experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self sufficiency; anticipate needs, be proactive, and follow through.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Based in Los Angeles and willing to commute to Century City office 5-days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, organize auditions, and other administrative tasks for the manager and clients.
  • Communicate directly with agent teams, publicists, attorneys, productions, and other external parties on behalf of clients.
  • Assist with internal meetings.

The ability to multitask, manage a high-volume of information, and handle shifting priorities is essential to the position.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
