Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, including coordination of internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements in accordance with company policies and federal travel requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and submit expense reports and travel documentation.
  • Support timekeeping compliance by learning and using company time management systems; assist executives with accurate and timely submissions.
  • Serve as a key administrative point of contact for the Land Systems leadership team, employees, and external partners.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, briefings, and other documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with administrative activities supporting business unit operations, including visitor coordination, meeting logistics, document routing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policy and government contracting requirements.

Position Title: Executive Assistant – Land Systems Business Unit
Location: Huntsville, AL
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview
The Land Systems Business Unit is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to two senior executives. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and navigate company timekeeping and travel systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic defense contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities
