Job summary

DTN in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking an organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The role requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports and presentations, screen emails, and liaise with clients, partners, and vendors to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and capability to draft accurate and clear correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar-management software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Targeted hiring base pay range: $56,250 – $75,000. The base pay will depend on experience, training, transferable skills, business needs, and applicable laws. The role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
