Responsibilities

• Managing C-suite calendars and emails.
• Manage complex scheduling, prioritize appointments, and anticipate executive needs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Track key projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Support event planning, board meetings, and executive-level initiatives.
• Improve administrative processes and implement organizational systems.

Position Overview
