Helio is a privately owned real estate development and operations company with a growing portfolio of multifamily properties and active development projects in Los Angeles. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to one of our Founders and help keep a fast-moving, growing organization operating smoothly.
The role offers unusually broad exposure to how businesses are evaluated, built and operated, touching real estate investment and deal evaluation, financial and operational projects, and legal services — making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is naturally curious and wants to learn across multiple disciplines.
This is not a traditional administrative position built solely around calendar management and scheduling. We’re looking for someone exceptionally sharp, organized, resourceful and trustworthy who can learn how an executive works, understand priorities quickly, take ownership and become increasingly valuable as trust develops.
Prior Executive Assistant experience is valuable but not required; we welcome candidates from executive support, business operations, real estate, legal or financial services, project management and other high-touch professional environments, provided you can demonstrate a high level of discretion, accuracy, judgment and follow-through.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on — the person who catches the detail everyone else missed, finds the answer, closes the loop and makes sure important things don’t fall through the cracks.
You are someone who:
Initially, success means learning the Founder’s working style, priorities, communication preferences and the rhythm of the organization. Over time, it means he can hand you something and know it will be handled accurately, thoughtfully and completely without needing to continually check on its progress, with greater operational responsibility following as your knowledge and judgment grow.
