Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant


  • Oversee intricate scheduling needs, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely follow-through on key priorities.

  • Handle end-to-end travel planning—domestic and international—including flights, accommodations, transportation, and logistical details.

  • Assemble and distribute agendas, briefings, and essential documents in advance to ensure leadership is fully prepared for every meeting.

  • Monitor progress on cross-functional initiatives, driving tasks to completion with proactive updates and clear communication.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and dependable representative for the executive office.

  • Deliver personal assistant support and manage day-to-day operations with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a hands‑on approach.

  • Safeguard sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.

  • Assist with internal communications, proofread materials, process expense reports, and complete general administrative work.

  • Contribute to special assignments and strategic projects as directed by executive leadership.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant


  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in executive support, preferably working closely with senior leadership or UHNW individuals.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the skill to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proven track record of handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
