The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in real estate asset management, strong Excel and Argus expertise, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive asset management experience in institutional real estate.
• MBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong Excel reporting with VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF/S, PMT, XIRR, XNPV.
• Argus Enterprise experience required; certification preferred.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance property performance and revenues.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections for improvements and cost savings.
• Underwrite and credit-analyze lease transactions.
• Maintain, refresh, and reforecast internal ARGUS cash flow projections.
• Prepare reports and presentations for partnership, investors and senior management.
• Support the annual business plan and budget processes.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities and industry trends.
• Update asset management cashflow and reporting; assist lenders as needed.
