Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Reporting Analyst to lead design, development, and administration of enterprise reporting, analytics, data integration, and process automation solutions in Minneapolis.

You will handle complex data projects, perform in-depth analysis, and deliver actionable insights that drive data-driven decisions across the company. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and experience with ETL tools and data governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Four to five years of data analysis experience.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Online.
Experience with Power Apps.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with SAS.
ETL design, dataflows, semantic models, SSIS, AutoSys, or Alteryx.
Power BI certification or training.
Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise reporting and analytics.
Acquire data from multiple sources and perform in-depth analysis.
Present data and insights in a clear, actionable way for decision making.
Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view of analysis and governance.
Ensure compliance with data standards and governance programs.
