Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Insights to partner with the CFO and executive team. The role blends SQL-based analysis, BI, data infrastructure, and storytelling to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

You will lead high-impact analyses, prioritize ambiguous initiatives, and influence Finance, Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering stakeholders. Remote US work with limited in-person collaboration in San Jose.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, analytics, BI or insights roles, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
• Expert SQL skills and strong BI experience with Looker/Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-ready analyses and actionable recommendations for CFO and leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering across initiatives.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows and generate insights.
