Nationwide-Children is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support a Section Chief or VP. The role involves scheduling, travel planning, reimbursements, and coordinating department projects.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of administrative experience, and may have exposure to the healthcare environment. Ambassadors program completion within 12 months is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; business-related coursework preferred.
• 3 years administrative experience preferred.
• Ambassador Program must be completed within 12 months of employment.
• Experience in a healthcare environment may be desired.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting locations.
• Arrange travel including air reservations, hotels, and car rentals; develop itineraries.
• Process reimbursement requests and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate special department projects and assist with training/orientation.
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, and visual presentations for projects.
