Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced, confidential administrative support to senior-level management.
  • Communicate with executives and line management to gather and convey information.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas.
  • Process and track expense reports.
  • Read, screen, and respond to incoming mail; ensure follow-through on requests.
  • Liaise with external groups when coordinating events or executive travel.
  • Support Sales with itineraries and conference logistics.
  • Track speaking engagements, meetings, and conference calls in internal systems.
  • Assist with preparing presentations and shepherding through publishing and compliance.
  • Coordinate production and delivery of meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with other office assistants and provide backup support.
