Arkansas Talent Group is excited to partner with a longstanding family-owned business that is in search of an Executive Admin/Human Resources Professionalwho handles all HR tasks for the company under 100 employees. This role will require multitasking, confidentiality, and excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition to HR tasks like payroll, onboarding, and benefits, this individual will also serve as EA to the executives and handle some paralegal work for the organization.

Overview

A growing, team-oriented organization is seeking an Executive Admin/HRto support daily HR operations and general administrative functions. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist or administrative assistant with HR/payroll skills.This candidate will oversee day-to-day people operations, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and provide organizational support across administrative areas. This hire must be a "jack of all trades" due to the company side, and be able to pivot to company needs quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
