Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years experience supporting executive level individuals; supervision, managing budgets, and equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years support experience preferred; creating or modifying processes.
  • Excellent communication, calendar management, writing, organization, planning, interpersonal and networking skills; strong attention to detail; MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute in-person, hybrid, and virtual events from concept to delivery (workshops, etc.).
  • Advise on event strategy, catering, and venue selection.
  • Provide complex administrative support to the Vice Dean for Research and the Office of Sponsored Programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of communications and information.
