Qualificações

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed personal sales goals and ensure continuous growth in a team setting while upholding Loro Piana standards.
• Develop and incorporate product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by following up on purchases and providing after‑sales support.
• Collect and update client information to tailor services to individual preferences.
• Actively engage with clients to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Oversee maintenance of store displays to align with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans for sales performance.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
• Translate storytelling opportunities into coaching priorities to elevate execution and consistency.
• Partner with leadership and training teams to reinforce storytelling standards and on‑the‑floor learning.
• Participate in in-store training activations and feedback cycles to support team development.
• Assist in seasonal road show in-store presentations with Retail Excellence team and independently.
