Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial products. This 1099, commission-based role offers an exclusive territory, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet diverse client needs.

You’ll get a dedicated service representative, quarterly incentives, and a 48-month incentive package, with no external office required for 2 years while you build your educator-focused network.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License, Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Focus on achieving market access and building strong relationships.
