Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. This role operates on a 1099 compensation model with incentives for the first 48 months and a dedicated service representative to support client work.

You will manage an exclusive territory, leverage cutting-edge technology, and build strong relationships while growing your agency without needing an external office for 2 years.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Achieve market access and build strong relationships with clients.
