Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators access affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You will own your agency within defined territory and work with cutting-edge technology and training to grow your client base.

This independent contractor role offers 1099 compensation with an incentive package and dedicated support, enabling you to build a scalable business while serving educators across your region.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your agency within a defined territory.
• Build market access and establish strong relationships with educators and clients.
• Confidently present products to groups and individuals.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow your business.
