Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Citrus Club Concierge at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. This exclusive, adults-only lounge offers dedicated concierge services, a curated bar selection, and buffet-style dining to guests 21+.

You will greet guests, assist with needs, coordinate reservations, and relay requests to the appropriate team members to ensure a seamless, high-end guest experience. Candidates should have high school diploma or equivalent, food & beverage experience, and

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Food and beverage and concierge experience preferred.
• Licenses: Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel meetings, events, and functions.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Answer calls and dispatch associates to respond to requests.
• Coordinate arrangements to visit sites, attractions, and restaurants.
• Recommend and reserve dining options for guests.
• Serve beverages with adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in lounge operations during busy periods.
