Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a General Manager of Bars for Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will oversee the bar operations, collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus, and lead a team of servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on maintaining high standards of service, cost control, and staff development within a luxury resort environment. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality and 5+ years in bar/hospitality management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, menus, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on seasonal menus and kitchen operations.
• Develop budgets, revenue goals, and cost-control measures.
• Lead and train a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Coordinate with front office and concierge for VIP requests.
