Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for The Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will lead and develop the Food & Beverage team across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in F&B, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and relevant certifications. Join a renowned luxury property offering extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, required.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• At least two (2) years of food and beverage leadership experience.
• Luxury hotel / resort experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
• Title 4 liquor license
• CPR / First Aid Certification, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, supervise, direct, coach, counsel, and evaluate staff in food & beverage operations throughout the Hotel.
• Field customer complaints by conducting thorough research to implement effective solutions and communicate with guests and employees.
• Develop and implement operating standards for Food & Beverage service in compliance with federal, state, local and Hilton's practices as well as Forbes standards.
• Maximize department profitability and monitor the Outlet's budget, inventory, and cost controls.
