Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Concierge for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will handle guest inquiries, coordinate services, and upsell dining options in a luxury resort setting.

Ideal candidates bring extensive knowledge of the local area and prior concierge or leadership experience. The role features a guest-focused environment, with emphasis on service excellence and hospitality professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel meetings, events, and functions.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs.

• Assist guests with visiting points of interest, attractions, museums, and parks.
• Upsell by recommending restaurants and making reservations.
• Help manage lobby activity and flow.
• Follow safety procedures to protect guests and property.

Hotel Website, Instagram, FacebookWhat you will have an opportunity to do:The Concierge is responsible for handling all guest inquiries and facilitating the needs of guests.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of all hotel meetings, events, and functions.Greet guests in an appropriate manner and offer to assist with their needs.Answer telephone calls for specific services and dispatch the appropriate associates to respond to the guest’s request. Coordinate completion of these services to ensure a positive guest experience.Assist guest with making arrangements to visit points of interest, attractions, museums, and parks in a timely and appropriate manner.Upselling; Assist guest with making restaurant recommendations and reservations.Assist in controlling the flow of activity in the lobby area.Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others.
