Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a seasoned Bartender to join our luxury-resort team. This full-time role involves preparing and serving beverages, stocking the bar, and delivering guest-focused service in a high-volume setting.

You should have at least two years of bartending experience, familiarity with Micros/Agilysis POS, and relevant certifications. Shifts typically run 10am–12am; a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of Bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in an upscale / luxury dining environment, preferred
• Hotel / resort experience, preferred
• Experience with POS systems - Micros or Agilysis is a plus
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card
• TIPS Certified, preferred
• ServSafe Certified, preferred
• CPR / First Aid Certified, preferred
• Team player
• Very organized
• Great at multitasking
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
• Check guests for proper identification; input orders into POS; balance cash and vouchers.
• Maintain bar setup, stock, and cleanliness; manage requisitioning of supplies.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and assist with safety procedures as needed.
