Job summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst at Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute is responsible for all accounts payable duties, invoice processing, PO matching, and approvals. You will ensure accurate entry into the ERP system and maintain vendor records.

You will collaborate across departments, support month-end close, audits, and internal controls while contributing to process improvements and compliance with the organization’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; accounting degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in medical office and/or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable analyst responsible for all AP functions, invoices, PO matching and approvals.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system; coordinate with departments; maintain vendor records.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements; manage internal controls on documents.
• Maintain and update journal entries; perform month-end closing and audits.
• Support compliance program and other accounting projects.
