Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman to oversee heavy equipment operation on civil construction projects in Houston. You will manage crawler and rubber-tired machines, ensure safety policies, and lead a team through daily tasks and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Texas Driver's License with proper endorsements, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Start engines, operate crawler or rubber-tired machines with excavator attachments as required.
• Signal and coordinate with truck drivers for material loading and placement.
• Identify and avoid hazards, maintain safe work conditions and compliance with safety policies.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues to supervisor.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and contribute to achieving department goals.
