Job summary

Ferrovial, via Webber, is seeking a Supervisor: Foreman in Texas to lead heavy civil construction crews on critical infrastructure projects. You will oversee daily field operations, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience with excavations, piping installation, and rock placement, plus a Texas driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Texas Drivers License with proper endorsements, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials.
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, and falling objects.
• May oil, grease, or otherwise service the machine.
• Make necessary adjustment to equipment as needed.
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
• Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
