Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck for loading dirt, rocks, and materials.
• Avoid hazards such as utility lines, other equipment, workers, and falling objects.
• May oil, grease, or service the machine.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Comply with safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Provide leadership to others and assist team to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
