Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber subsidiary in Houston, is seeking a Foreman to supervise field crews on heavy civil projects. You will oversee routine construction tasks, coordinate labor, and ensure that work adheres to project plans and safety standards.

The role requires substantial hands-on experience in heavy civil construction, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong commitment to safety and quality on-site. This is a full-time, on-site position in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Education: less than High School Diploma.
• Experience: three or more years related construction experience preferred.
• Working conditions include outdoor exposure to weather and loud environments.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Clean tools, equipment, materials and work area.
• Digging, spreading and leveling dirt, sand and gravel using a pick, shovel or rake.
• Assist equipment operators in positioning machines and maintaining grades.
• Direct laborers in pouring concrete and erect shoring.
• Assist in installation of pipe and use power/air tools.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and report unsafe activities.
