Job summary

CRH, APAC Mississippi, Inc. in Natchez, MS, is seeking a team-oriented worker to support paving crews on construction projects.

You will operate paving equipment, assist with material handling, and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with OSHA/MSHA guidelines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to work nights and weekends, travel as needed, and follow directions from supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving equipment (incl. paver, roller, tractor).
• Assist crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and moving materials.
• Signal operators for alignment and movement of materials.
• Follow manager instructions and safety requirements.
• Wear PPE and adhere to OSHA/MSHA rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
