Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking an Excavation Manager for the Pittsburgh area to lead and grow our excavation services. You will manage field crews, oversee safety and compliance, and pursue additional business opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, preparing bids, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring profitability. Prior experience in excavation and a plumbing license are beneficial for this leadership role.

• Knowledge of safety programs and training for field crews.

Responsibilities

• Develops Existing Business and oversees progress of field work.
• Identify bid opportunities and prepare estimates and bid packages.
• Supervise technicians and ensure proper equipment use and safety.
• Cultivate new business by promoting maintenance programs and repairs.
• Ensure branch profitability and compliance with codes and licenses.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to allocate qualified staff for opportunities.
