Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Excavation Manager to oversee daily operations in excavation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence. Responsibilities include project planning, coordinating with teams, supervising excavation and pipe installation jobs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This hybrid position is based in the Greater Phoenix Area, with some flexibility for remote work. The role requires a combination of fieldwork and administrative tasks to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Sales management, focusing on converting warm to hot leads into sales
• Operational management skills include- sales, P&L, safety/compliance, and production

• Proven experience in excavation management, project coordination, and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, excavation equipment, and construction safety protocols

• Familiarity with local regulations and permits related to excavation and sewer systems
