Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for its Excavation department in the Pittsburgh area. You will pursue pre-qualified leads from field service techs and call centers, focusing on sewer line repair solutions for homes and businesses.

The role offers unlimited earnings with average annual pay of $55,000-$75,000 plus mileage reimbursement, a weekly base pay with commission, and full benefits. Experience in in-home outside sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; comfortable using company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage needing repair or replacement.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
