Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews in home services or related industries is required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee excavation and relining jobs and ensure safety compliance.
• Schedule daily digging and relining work; dispatch crews each morning.
