Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking an Excavation Sales Representative to develop customer relationships and generate sales opportunities for excavation and trenchless pipe replacement services. You will diagnose customer needs and provide expert consultation to guide them through the service process.

The role requires proven outside sales experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a service-related industry (plumbing, construction, home improvement, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to diagnose issues and propose the best technical solutions for customers.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to determine best excavation solutions for customers.
• Present excavation options and offer tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Close sales effectively by building trust, communicating clearly, and addressing customer concerns.
• Coordinate with the excavation team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
